Doing whatever it takes to be fit from here on. Im 5'2 and my SW:142.0, CW:125.0, and my GW:110-115. I used to be about 120 but my knee was injured for a year i gained all of my weight back. Now I'm doing a lot of exercising, researching and eating right.
I'm also a guitarist, fencer, and I want to go to Japan one day...

this is perfect.
This. Is. Perfection. I can’t get enough
My only problem with this is the thing about ribs and hip bones. Some of my ribs are visible, and my hipbones are slightly visible. Does this mean I’m at an unhealthy weight?
NO.
I’m at a perfectly healthy weight (my dad is a doctor, I’ve checked with him). The thing is, fat just gets distributed differently in different people.
I have “stomach rolls” when I bend over/sit down. My stomach sticks out a bit even when standing. My thighs are a bit bigger than I would like, but I can’t do anything about that so I accept it. Fat in my body naturally goes to my lower body.
My point is, visible ribs/hipbones/collar bones are not an indication of healthy weight.
